SCIENCE

Scientists observe the world, ask questions, design experiments, collect data, and draw conclusions. The science curriculum at The Kipling School focuses on building opportunities for students to investigate, explore and generate their own questions for inquiry. At Kipling, science is not taught in isolation – but woven throughout the other content areas as part of a comprehensive curriculum. We do science through hands-on activities and projects – the best way to learn and explore! The Kipling science program will establish a science foundation for your child in Earth and space, organisms and their environment, force, motion and energy, as well as matter, energy, biology and physics and much more. Investigation, experimentation and an inquiry based approach to learning will be blended with language arts, mathematics, engineering, and technology to give our students the skills they need to compete in a 21st century world.
